Promotions & Discounts Terms and Conditions

Promotional Codes 

Promotional codes may be offered from time to time. Promotional codes are available for a limited period of time, or unless stated, for a period of (7) days from the date that the offer was first made.

A promotional code may be for a percentage off, a fixed amount or free shipping. 

All sales are final. The onus is on the customer to apply the promotional code on checkout. If the promotion code does not work and was issued within 7 days, please contact us.

Under no circumstances will a refund be provided if the promotional code is not applied. Requests to cancel an order in order to re-apply the promotion code will not be entertained. 

Our promotional codes cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer (for example, if you have a subscriber code and another promotional code, you cannot apply both).

Unless otherwise stated, promotional codes are for full-priced items only. 

We do not offer rain checks on promotional codes or any other discount once discontinued. 

Promotional codes are non-transferable and are not redeemable for cash under any circumstances.

We reserve the right to revoke any discount offer or coupon code at any time without notice.

We do not offer discounts upon request. 

Sales Items 

Sale items, including factory seconds, and their variants are at the sole discretion of The Thomas George Collection. Due to high-demand for sales items, some products might sell out without prior warning. We reserve the right to halt sales at our discretion without prior notice. 

Rain checks or retrospective refunds on sales prices are not offered. We do not match sales prices on subsequent purchases. 

We do not offer returns on any sale items unless they are faulty or otherwise entitled to be returned under the Australian Consumer Law.

We do not extend sales to exchange items. If you wish to exchange an item, the full price will apply.

We endeavour to ensure all details, descriptions, and pricing related to sales items to be accurate, however, errors may occur. All information related to our products and/or service should be considered as a guide only and is subject to change without notice.
